Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm , is seeking a talented Mid to Senior-Level Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Fund Formation / Investment Funds Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leadership at premier fund manager clients while advising on sophisticated fund structuring, formation, and investor negotiations in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structuring and forming private investment funds
• Demonstrated experience negotiating with fund investors and handling fund operational matters
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to manage complex transactions
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client-management skills
