Job Overview

Hospitality Building Services is seeking a dynamic Commercial Construction Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish in Charlotte, NC. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll oversee all phases of the building process-collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, code-compliant completion. As we grow quickly, we're looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource needs
• Draft and manage project budgets
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Create and manage project schedules and construction timelines
• Coordinate across project teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Review plans, scopes, submittals, and drawings for specification compliance
• Oversee contracts and subcontracts
• Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure safety and code compliance
• Submit project close-out documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Report project progress, cost status, and milestone updates
• Ensure documentation, permits, and all approvals are maintained
