In this role, you’ll provide therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical supports directly within middle and high school satellite clinics, helping students and families build healthier futures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents.
• Deliver crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and manage caseloads.
• Advocate for students and families within schools, healthcare systems, and the community.
• Attend school and community meetings, sharing key insights with Harmonia’s team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.
