Hudson Valley Dental TMD & Facial Aesthetics LLC, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to become part of our high-performing team. We specialize in TMJ pain management, Botox therapy, IV sedation, and All-on-X implant solutions, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through teamwork, integrity, and clinical excellence. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Leon D. James, DDS, MBA, MS —a board-certified specialist in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine—our staff is trained to handle complex dental concerns with compassion and precision. Key Responsibilities You'll play a vital role in patient care and clinical support, including : Coronal polishing & expanded functions X-ray certification & digital X-rays Chairside assisting in sedation, implant, and oral surgery procedures Periodontics & Endodontics Digital intraoral scanning Fabrication of temporary crowns & assisting with crown procedures Nitrous oxide administration TMJ pain management & sleep apnea device support Oral hygiene instruction All-on-X implant procedures (training available for the right candidate) Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate : $25.00-$30.00 (based on experience) Benefits : Holiday pay Work Days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and one Saturday per month (Additional days may be added in the future) Our Commitment to Diversity At Hudson Valley Dental TMD & Facial Aesthetics LLC, we believe that a diverse and inclusive team fosters innovation and better patient outcomes.
