YOUR ROLE AS A RECEPTIONIST - OFFICE ASSISTANT

As our part-time evening and weekend Receptionist - Office Assistant, you typically work evenings or weekends. You play a vital role in ensuring our senior living community runs smoothly. From answering phone calls and greeting guests to taking meal orders and sorting mail, you help keep our front desk organized and efficient. In addition to assisting our residents, you also provide support to our staff, helping with tasks like filing, receiving packages, and keeping our reception area clean and neat. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy interacting with people, so this is the perfect front desk position for you!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEPTIONIST - OFFICE ASSISTANT
