The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance functions, including financial reporting, accounting, investments, treasury, and international finance operations. This executive position demands a professional with a strong international background, particularly in the areas of financial reporting, and international tax knowledge. The CFO will also be tasked with managing global procurement, real estate, and facilities, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements across multiple international locations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a CPA or equivalent, with a preference for those with "Big Four" training or experience. A minimum of ten years' experience in mid-market organizations, including significant international exposure, is required. The role also necessitates a candidate with a proven track record in financial management, experience in working with and presenting to a Board, and a background in managing investments, banking, insurance, and cash. The ideal candidate will have a blend of not-for-profit and for-profit experience, be adept at handling complex financial challenges, and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills.
