Job descriptionHelp customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day. Greet customers, determine their needs, and match to vehicles in inventory. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate performance on test drives. Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals. Present pricing and incentives. Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Prospect for new customers. Energetic and motivated to succeed with good sales, customer service and communication skills. Good computer and social media skills. A good work ethic, positive attitude and professional appearance.
