Senior Loan Coordinator

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Coordinator (TPO).

Key Responsibilities

Work with mortgage brokers to obtain necessary documentation for mortgage loan approval

Manage an average pipeline of 65 loans and ensure compliance with regulations

Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process throughout its lifecycle

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of processing experience with Government, Conventional, and DU / LP loans

General knowledge of mortgage products and processes

Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation

Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
