About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Interventional Radiology, Cath lab, procedural areas, ICU, or ER

License : Valid RN License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

• Experience in moderate sedation administration for procedures
• IV start experience

Description :

Responsible for providing patient care in the interventional radiology unit.

Will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Conduct procedures including angioplasty, central venous access, and stent placement.

Administer moderate sedation as part of procedural care.

Participate in rotating call schedules, including one weekend call every 4-6 weeks.

Support patients across diverse age groups ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.

Maintain a high standard of nursing practice in compliance with facility policies.

Engage in patient education and advocacy throughout the care process.

Adapt to potential floating to other procedural areas as needed.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
