About Koita Agency
20+ years in B2B/B2C direct sales. Operating across 4 states with 7 locations. South Florida footprint includes a Training Facility in Miami Lakes, main office in Doral, and a new satellite in Hollywood, with Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach in expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct B2B outside sales to close new business with SMB/SME clients.

  • Build and manage a pipeline using warm/hot leads (no heavy cold calling).

  • Run discovery, deliver tailored solutions, negotiate, and close.

  • Manage key accounts post-sale to drive adoption, upsell, and retention.

  • Use CRM and sales tools for activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with technical/product teams to scope and deliver solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine territory strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales strongly preferred (tech/telecom a plus).

  • Track record in business development and account management.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales enablement tools.

  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasts.

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

  • US work authorization.
