Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in Flatwoods, KY. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Daily tasks include assisting with day-to-day activities, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining medical records. The LPN will also provide support to residents and their families, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky
• Proficiency in administering medication and monitoring vital signs
• Experience in maintaining medical records and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support residents and their families
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
• Previous experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is a plus
