Job descriptionHands-on automation and scripting experience (preferably in Python). Strong understanding of Wi-Fi networking (IEEE 802.11 standards) and wireless protocols. Solid knowledge of RF fundamentals, including signal propagation and interference. Proficiency with Wireshark for packet capture and analysis. Working knowledge of DHCP, TCP / IP, and Ethernet networking concepts.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wi-Fi Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on the design, testing, and automation of next-generation Wi-Fi mesh networks and extender solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireless protocols, RF fundamentals, and automation scripting, with a passion for improving wireless performance and reliability through data-driven testing.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for Wi-Fi mesh gateways and extenders.
- Validate performance, connectivity, and interoperability across Wi-Fi 5 / 6 / 7 standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot wireless performance issues using Wireshark, iPerf, and spectrum analyzers.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to streamline QA processes.
- Configure and maintain RF lab environments, including device setup and signal testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mesh connectivity, extender onboarding, and client routing performance.
