HOSPITAL VALET ATTENDANT

Hospital Valet Attendant - Full-Time

Elite Parking Services of America is searching for our next star! In this position you will assist clients with their vehicles using a proven service model that we will teach you. No experience necessary. Flexibility in schedule is a plus. Must have a driver's license for more than a year with a clean driving record. Must agree to a background check and drug screen. Summary / Objective

Valets are responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service to patrons utilizing the valet service. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for performing pre-existing damage inspections, greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, organizing vehicles and keys, managing parking area (directing traffic, delineators, etc)

Essential Functions

• Ability to remain upright throughout an entire shift
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to operate motor vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
• Organizational skills to ensure that keys are easy to retrieve and vehicles are simple to locate
• Ability to move quickly to reduce the wait for guests
• Knowledge of the area to answer guests' questions
• Communication skills to interact with other Valets and provide instructions to guests
• Ability to move heavy objects to aid in the loading and unloading guests
