Our MS2S offers 16 private rooms for our surgical patients and 8 private rooms for our orthopedic patients. Our split units specialize in the care of Urological, General Medical-Surgical, Vascular, and orthopedic services.

and is staffed with Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). We work as a team with ABMC physicians who represent a vast array of specialties as part of a collaborative effort to provide the best possible care to our patients. Our nurse-to-patient ratio varies based on patient acuity but is generally 4 : 1 for day shift and 5 : 1 for Night Shift. To provide the best continuity of care, our staff schedule is built around 12-hour shifts. Staff involvement in decision-making is strongly encouraged at ABMC : at the unit, site, and system levels.
