Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner - Now Hiring

Job Title : Pediatric NP / PA / RN - Lewes, DE\n\nDepartment : Pediatrics\n\nReports to : Pediatrician / Medical Director\n\nShift : Monday to Friday (8 am to 4 : 30 pm)\n\nSetting : Outpatient\n\nJob Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric NP / PA / RN - Lewes, DE\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of pediatric patients, including physical exams, medical histories, and developmental screenings.\n
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions such as respiratory illnesses, infections, allergies, and chronic conditions.\n
• Provide patient education to families regarding health maintenance, nutrition, immunizations, and illness prevention.\n
• Administer vaccinations, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret lab results.\n
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.\n
• Provide follow-up care and support for chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and developmental disorders.\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.\n
• Educate parents and caregivers on managing common childhood health concerns, medication administration, and treatment options.\n
• Ensure a compassionate and patient-centered environment for children and families.\n
• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education to stay current with pediatric care advancements.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) : Master's degree in Nursing, certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), and current state licensure.\n
• Physician Assistant (PA) : Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies and current state licensure.\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) : Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, with pediatric nursing experience.\n
• BLS / ACLS certification required (for RN, NP, PA).\n
• Experience in pediatric care and a passion for working with children is highly preferred.\n\nBenefits : \n
