Driver- Pace Adult Day Care Center (Delray, Greenacres & West Palm Beach)

SUMMARY Responsible for safely transporting Residents to / from appointments.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

• Reviews daily schedule for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists with boarding and disembarking of residents.
• Maintains vehicle logs.
• Ensures gas supply.
• Notifies Maintenance of any needs for service.
• Understands and complies with all procedures and regulations as related to Fire Safety, OSHA and Disaster programs.
• Adheres to proper safety procedures while operating facility vehicles.
• Communicates in an effective and courteous manner with all residents, facility personnel and visitors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE) High school diploma or general education degree (GED) also required.
• Previous experience Transporting groups of passengers.
