This is an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting clients on their recovery and treatment journey while working with a collaborative and compassionate team under the guidance of the Nursing Director.
Pay- $23- $26.50
Location- Boulder, CO
Hours : Monday – Friday 8-5

Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct client support in an integrated behavioral health program within a community mental health centerManage data entry, tracking, and scheduling to support a disease management and stepped care approachObtain and record vital signs, summarize client history, and collaborate on follow-up careAssist in case management, connecting clients to wellness services and essential resourcesAdminister medications, maintain Medication Administration Records, and ensure proper documentationFacilitate outreach to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and other healthcare providersVerify client financial and demographic information for accurate records in the electronic health systemSupport the Behavioral Health Home care model, working alongside healthcare professionalsQualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferredExperience : Minimum of two years in direct client care within a behavioral health, hospital, medical office, residential treatment center, homeless shelter, or community agency settingLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification requiredIf CMA, certification must be from AAMA, NHA, AMT, or another accredited program (proof required)This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while advancing your career in behavioral health.
