Manager Patient Financial Services

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of billing, follow-up, denial management, and collections

Coordinate with facilities, clinic sites, and supporting vendors to enhance patient experience

Develop policies and procedures related to billing and collections, and manage staff effectively

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; four years of experience may substitute for degree

Minimum five years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Patient Billing, or Cash Management

At least two years of accounting or finance experience required

Minimum three years of managerial or supervisory experience

Healthcare experience is required
