About the Role
Top Drawer Merch is seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Merch Sellers & Brand Ambassadors for a live event in San Francisco on Saturday, September 13. This is a one-day contract role where you will represent the brand, interact with fans, and help create a seamless and enjoyable merch experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate a point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the merch area
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments confidently
- Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
- Maintain a professional, engaging demeanor consistent with event expectations
Requirements :
Compensation & Terms
Pay Rate : $30 per hour
This is a 1099 independent contractor position; contractors must comply with all applicable federal and state independent contractor rules and regulations. Selected contractors will be required to sign Top Drawer Merch’s Independent Contractor Agreement prior to engagement.
Payment will be issued within 30 days after submission of an invoice and completion of the agreed scope of work. Tips (cash and credit) are pooled and distributed evenly among the team. Your share of the tips will be included with your final payment.

Location : Civic Center Plaza, San Francisco, CA
Hours : 8–10 hours on site (exact shift details provided upon engagement)
