Facility Information

24-hour physician coverage.

Anticipated 10,000 patient visits annually.

Meditech P-doc EMR and M-Modal Dictation for efficient documentation.

Independent Contractor.

Fully integrated with a main hospital, ensuring seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists for patients needing inpatient admission.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a freestanding emergency room.

Must be open to working both day and night shifts to ensure 24-hour coverage.

Coordinate with the main hospital for patient admissions, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including experienced nurses and support staff, to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Must be Board-Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). We will also consider candidates who are ABPS EM boarded with completed residency or fellowship.

Internal Medicine and Family Medicine board-certified providers with extensive Emergency Medicine experience are encouraged to apply.

Must hold an active medical license in the state of Florida.

ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
