A well-established international logistics provider is seeking an Air Import Agent to support their growing team at DFW Airport. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-volume freight environment with global reach and solid long-term potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Air Import Agent, you'll manage inbound air freight operations and help ensure the smooth transfer of shipments through customs and final delivery. Key responsibilities include :

• Monitoring international flight arrivals and arranging transfer of cargo from airport to warehouse
• Coordinating customs clearance and issuing accurate arrival notices
• Dispatching deliveries to final destinations and tracking shipment progress
• Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
• Preparing billing documentation and processing charges accurately
• Keeping detailed records of shipment activities

12 years of air import or freight forwarding experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and responsiveness Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable working under time-sensitive deadlines in a logistics environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Weekend availability as needed
