Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director BPO Data Management located in either Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Zug, CH; Schaffhausen, CH; Leiden, NL; Cork, IE; Latina, IT or Beerse, BE.

As we are building out our Data Strategy and Operations organization as part of our Value Chain Management in the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, we are creating this role as part of our Data Strategy and Operations Leadership Team. The Director BPO Data Management will be supporting the Transcend Innovative Medicine Program. IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7+ major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S / 4 HANA instance.

As the Director BPO Data Management, you will serve as the Global Business Process Owner driving the product vision and strategy for E2E data across the functional requirements and assure alignment on E2E data processes.

In this role you will be responsible for guiding the business functions to ensure the common goal of creating and maintaining a clean core and clean data. You ensure operational processes like workflow, data cataloguing, KPIs are standardized, and the business partners are deployment ready.

You are an advocate for the vision and the changes that the clean core- clean data concepts will bring to the organization, and you anticipate and mitigate roadblocks and challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Value Identification and Value Capture for Data Management and E2E Data
• Drive Standardization of process within the S4 Template while ensuring the needs of the federated data owners and consumers are effectively met
• Identify standardization, automation and improvement opportunities as it relates to Data Management
• Partner with functional stakeholders to understand current requirements as it relates to end-to-end data.
• Drive Impact Assessments and define Impact Mitigation Strategies for the digital ecosystem that is consuming SAP ECC and in the future S4 / Hana data
• Assure readiness of operational processes to assure clean data after releases of Transcend
• Resolve complexities related to data management during the transition period where SAP ECC and S4 / Hana coexist

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.
