Job Duties

Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and promote mortgage products

Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals

Assist members by matching needs to appropriate credit union products

Ensure exceptional member service by maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Have a minimum of one year mortgage lending experience

Able to analyze detailed financial and credit data

Able to organize and prioritize duties while working accurately under pressure

Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows programs

Above average accuracy and attention to details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
