About the Role : Child Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager . This vital leadership role oversees the total operation of the assigned center, ensuring compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards, Child Inc. policies, and licensing regulations. The Center Manager is responsible for fostering a supportive and effective learning environment for children, staff, and families, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Center Operations :

• Assist with developing and managing center budgets.
• Coordinate and lead staff and parent meetings.
• Process purchasing and ensure timely completion of reports.
• Oversee enrollment, educational programming, and regulatory compliance.

$55,000 - $63,000 (depending on years of experience and education)
