Family Medicine PhysicianJoin an established rural community health center in North Georgia (one hour from Atlanta Metro). Safe family friendly community with affordable housing, tons of outdoor activities, sport and music entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Convenient location to Hartford International Airport. FQHC full-service, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, and behavior health.Join a two provider team! Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday with 1 / 2 day of Friday). Walk into an established patient panel. Support patients with preventative and chronic care; NP sees Peds. Group participates in training medical students and residents. Nurse Practitioner supervision. eClinical Works EMR.Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desired!Requirements : BE / BC Family Medicine, or Internal MedicineGA Licensed, or eligibleCompensation : Guaranteed base salary (up to $225k)Call requirements (phone consults only)403b retirement plan (2% match)CME allowanceSign-on bonusRelocation assistanceSignificant Loan repayment program / NHSCMedical Malpractice ?
