Technical High School or associate's degree required. 5 years of professional experience preferred
Graphic Design Specialist
Location : Chelmsford, MA
Salary : $26 - $29 / hour (annual bonus plan) Hours : Mon – Fri 8 : 30am to 5pm

Responsibilities of the Graphic Design Specialist
- Review and edit project layouts in the database.
- Communicate and collaborate with overseas designers via live chat.
- Address technical issues reported through customer service tickets in HubSpot.
- Assist the sales team with technical problem-solving.
- Participate in customer web meetings to provide technical support and training.
- Complete special projects when customers send parts for complete kit design.
