Competitive Pay Rates

  • Companion Caregiver : $14.00 / hr
  • PCA : $15.00 / hr
  • CNA : $16.50 / hr
  • Nursing Assistant : $15.50 / hr

Earn a $0.50 Raise after completing required training!

Responsibilities

Provide Companionship & Conversation – Be a friendly presence.

Assist with Personal Care – Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.

Perform Light Housekeeping – Laundry, linen changes, and tidying up.

Plan & Prepare Meals – Ensure clients have nutritious meals.

Medication Reminders – Help clients stay on track with their health.

Support Families – Educate loved ones on safe care techniques.

Qualifications

  • CNA License or PCA Certification Required
  • Ability to Treat Clients with Dignity & Respect
  • Ability to Follow a Care Plan
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
  • Flexibility & Adaptability – Every client has unique needs.
  • Comfortable Around Small Pets – Many clients have dogs or cats.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Must be reachable via phone / email.
  • Physical Strength – Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Experience with Dementia or Senior Care is a Plus!
  • Must Pass a Background Check – Ensuring a safe and trustworthy team.
