Order Coordinator

The Athlete Order Coordinator – VDC is part of the Vendor Direct Admin team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the VDC channel. Daily responsibilities include monitoring of vendor performance against all Service Level Agreements for on time shipment, fill rate, and adherence to contractual ship windows. This position requires exceptional communication, problem solving skills, and a strong customer service oriented approach to ensure athlete fulfillment expectations are met or exceeded.
