About The Position

West County Health Centers, Inc. -

  • Full Time
  • shift 4 days per week; 3-hour Saturday shift rotated

  • Average Patients seen : 10 patients per 4 hour shift
  • Call Schedule : On Call Rotation
  • Loan Repayment
  • Compensation : $84 - $113 Hourly Rate Based on Experience

  • Provide exceptional primary care, including acute & chronic condition management
  • Lead a Care Team to coordinate care, improve outcomes & enhance patient experience
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Utilize population health data to improve care strategies
  • Maintain hospital privileges, licensure, CPR, and DEA certification
