Job descriptionCorporate Collaboration : Successfully partnering with company corporate administration and management of dealerships. Leadership : Inspire and lead our dealership team to achieve sales and profitability goals while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Operational Excellence : Under the guidance of the Director of Variable Operations, overseeing daily dealership operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with industry regulations. Sales and Marketing : Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer retention. Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor employees to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Customer Focus : Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues. Financial Management : Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, collaborate successfully with the Accounting Department. 5+ Years Proven Experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry - Required Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of automotive sales and service operations. Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and manage budgets. Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards. Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, Reynolds & Reynolds, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader) High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Maintain professional business attire and appearance Self-starter and ability to be a great team player Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance Resume must be uploaded, and application questionnaire must be completed for immediate consideration. Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug screening, all other onboarding requirements.
