Accounting Manager  needed by a stable, established, growing manufacturer and installation company. This  Accounting Manager  will work closely with owners, upper management, and outside CPA.

Responsibilities :

• Payroll and all associated tax filings and related benefits administration
• Account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and sub-ledgers
• Calculate commissions and prepare supporting Excel spreadsheets
• Month-end close process, including journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and inventory
• Billing and business-to-business collection efforts as needed
• Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Prepare financial statements and other reports as requested by management
