Position Overview : We are seeking three highly experienced and motivated acquisition agents to join our team for a solar leasing and Right-of-Way (ROW) project located an hour south of Chicago. This is a field-based role, not remote, and will require a relentless, results-driven approach. Top pay in the industry with full per diem 7 days x week and mileage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Close challenging deals that others can’t, with a focus on renewable energy (wind and solar).
• Experience in acquiring Right-of-Way Agreements quickly and efficiently.
• Review and interpret title work, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Handle redline revisions from landowner attorneys and negotiate mutually agreeable terms to finalize deals independently.
• Provide accurate, regular status reports to management, detailing the progress of projects from start to finish.
• Maintain proficiency in client databases, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
• Travel extensively as needed to close deals quickly and effectively.
