Key Responsibilities
Advise and train customers on technical aspects of implementation and onboarding tasks
Partner with customers to design system integrations and advise on API usage
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise-class systems
Experience with web APIs and integrations
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Node.js, Java, React, PHP, and Vue.js
Experience in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects in a resource-constrained environment
