Assignment Length : 15 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025 – End : 2 / 28 / 2026)
Shift : 12-hour nights
Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed
Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020 per week
Healthcare Setting : Level III Trauma Center, 375 licensed beds

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or compact state eligibility
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Telemetry competency (must be completed and passed prior to start)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
Flexibility to float to various units as needed
First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply!
ICU Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients and float to other units as assigned (MSICU, PCU, CCU, Med-Surg, Rehab, ED holding)
Float within scope to areas of greatest need, including partial shifts
Manage complex patient conditions : respiratory failure, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, post-operative care, and more
Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, invasive line management, ostomy and drain care, and trach management
Administer IV medications and titrate drips as appropriate
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including techs, respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and intensivists
Assist with ACLS patient transports throughout the hospital during night shifts
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health record system
Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training
Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced healthcare environment
