What Youll Do

• You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while educating product and engineering teams on market trends and influencing the product roadmap.
• You will develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripes solution offerings with new and existing customers.
• As a subject matter expert, you will scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching teams on complex, high-value opportunities.
• You will run customer workshops and take lead on key opportunities.
• You will work as a Payments and Money Movement industry specialist with a proven track record of designing and deploying financial architectures for B2B and B2C enterprises.
• You will engage with Stripes customers as a thought leader in the Payments space to lead them through financial infrastructure transformations and maximize outcomes such as authorization rates and conversion, while reducing risk and fraud.
• You will extend your experience to understand customers existing architecture and lead redesigns with Stripes Optimized Checkout Suite and Link solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Your solutions and reference architectures will help customers partner with Stripe to drive better conversion, higher revenue, and successful transformations.
• You will contribute to driving scalable engagements with large, complex enterprises.
• You will create architecture diagrams shared with customers to drive key decisions that accelerate deals and activations.
• You will help Stripe capture additional market share by providing recommendations on Stripe product direction and develop reusable assets such as scalable value drivers, end-to-end solutions, best practices, and architecture guides.
• You will stay current with new technologies and industry knowledge and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry events.
• Approximately 25% travel is anticipated to connect in-person with users and collaborators.

In-office expectations

Office attendance varies by role, team, and location. Some locations may require in-office work a majority of the time, while others offer more flexibility. Hiring managers will discuss expectations during the interview process.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000. For sales roles, the range includes On Target Earnings (OTE) targets and base salary. The range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical / dental / vision, and wellness stipends.
