Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Manager & Business Development Manager to manage client accounts and drive business growth for our temporary staffing solutions. This hybrid role combines account management with business development, ideal for a professional who excels in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a passion for connecting companies with the talent they need.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
- Understand client needs and ensure our staffing services align with their business goals and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and metrics, providing insights for ongoing and future engagement.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of staffing services.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to expand our client base.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business areas.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, creating a robust pipeline of prospects.Develop proposals, present staffing solutions, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and track progress, aiming to exceed revenue goals.Collaboration & Strategy :
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the availability of suitable candidates for client requirements.Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.Provide feedback on service offerings based on client interactions and industry trends to help improve services.Key Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in staffing, recruitment, or a related industry, with a proven record in both account management and business development.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).Skills :Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of the temp staffing industry and workforce solutions.Why Join Us?
