Position Overview We are actively seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services, particularly in our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. You'll conduct evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals-ranging from Psychiatrists and Therapists to administrative support staff-work collaboratively to create real, lasting impact in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services (in-person and via telehealth)
- Focus on behavioral health interventions for individuals and families
- Ensure full HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) (Required)Experience with children and families in a clinical setting.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practicesWork Setting
