ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST

EXOVATIONS Architectural Visualization Specialist works with sales team members creating unique exterior design options for potential clients' homes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your own design skills to an industry leading remodeling company.

Job Duties :

  • In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming architectural concepts into stunning, photorealistic visualizations
  • The ideal candidate possesses a masterful command of industry-standard visualization software and a keen eye for detail, composition
  • You will work closely with the Sales Team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives that communicate design intent effectively to clients
  • This position demands a strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization projects.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining your own visualization standards, developing efficient workflows.
  • You will play a crucial role in shaping how our client's projects are perceived and understood
  • Develop and execute high-quality architectural visualizations, including renderings
  • Collaborate Sales teams to interpret design concepts and requirements
  • Manage the visualization pipeline, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery
  • Establish and maintain visualization standards and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization
  • Present and communicate visualization concepts to project teams and clients

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and compositing will be essential in facilitating the future sale of residential design projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Digital Art, or a Design related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization
  • Proven Experience in translating ideas into designs
  • Expert proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and compositing software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, Lumion, After Effects)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visualization skills
  • Excellent understanding of architectural design principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with potential clients and our sales team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to details are paramount to this position.

  • Grow the design department by creating confidence among Sales Team.

  • $35 per hour Weekly Pay
