Become the Therapy Operations Director You Aspire to Be

  • Develop, implement, and communicate comprehensive policies and procedures while ensuring staff accountability for their roles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to inform both staff and the community about therapy options to enhance awareness and prevention strategies.
  • Utilize historical data and trends to predict operational revenues and expenses, providing recommendations based on internal and external market conditions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements for reimbursement and apply them effectively to departmental operations. Communicate updates to staff and advise the CEO on required program needs.
  • Engage in patient care when necessary.
  • Celebrate and recognize the achievements of both our committed staff and our patients throughout their journeys.

    • Qualifications

  • Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • BLS (CPR) certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
  • Additional training such as a Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience is required, including at least two years in management.
