Case Manager

Location: Santa Maria, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Shifts Available: Nigh Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM or Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (Can vary based on experience)

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will work closely with clients to provide guidance, support, and advocacy as they navigate daily life and work toward independence. You will develop strong, therapeutic relationships, help clients access community resources, and coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers variety and meaningful work every day, including assisting with appointments, benefits, and personal goals.

What You’ll Do

• Build supportive, trusting relationships with clients served
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, access to community services, and benefits
• Coordinate appointments, therapy, and other support services as outlined in recovery plans
• Advocate for clients and accompany them to important appointments when needed
• Document client interactions and progress clearly and accurately
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide direct support as needed
• Promote independence and a positive recovery-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Sensitivity and cultural awareness when working with diverse populations
• Experience in mental health or dual diagnosis settings is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
• Ability to drive and provide transportation as needed
