Data Entry Clerk
Support our team's accuracy and efficiency as a Data Entry Clerk. In this essential role, you will be responsible for processing and managing information to ensure smooth business operations. Key responsibilities include entering, updating, and verifying data in various systems with a high level of accuracy. You will organize and maintain digital and physical records, perform data clean-up, cross-referencing, and reporting tasks. Additionally, you will assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing as needed, communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify information, and uphold confidentiality and organizational data standards at all times.
Desired qualifications include prior experience in data entry or administrative support, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems, particularly MS Excel, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately is also required.
