Job description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service? We want YOU!

Position : 1099 Contract Satellite Installer

Location : Nationwide - Work anywhere in the USA

What You'll Do :

  • Install satellite internet systems at customer locations
  • ? Mount satellite dishes on roofs or other suitable spots
  • Run cables and connect equipment for perfect signal reception
  • Configure and program satellite receivers
  • ? Test and troubleshoot to ensure everything's working smoothly
  • Provide top-notch customer service and answer questions
  • Educate customers on using their new satellite systems

What You Need :

  • Strong knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
  • Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling
  • ? Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus!)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • ? Great communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • ? Previous experience as a service technician is a bonus
