Now Hiring : Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman at Terry's Electric Inc. in Kissimmee, FL

Pay : This Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman role offers a competitive pay range of $27 – $28 / hour (depending on experience) and the chance to guide a skilled team while working on challenging commercial electrical projects.

Schedule : This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM , with overtime occasionally available on evenings and Saturdays depending on project needs.

As a Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman, you will lead and manage electrical crews, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to keep projects on track and conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements. You will interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and install electrical systems, and you will install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain systems as required. In addition, you will provide technical support, guidance, and training to electricians and helpers, while collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met and address any challenges that arise.

• Leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in electrical roles
• In-depth knowledge of both low and high voltage electrical systems
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members
• Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and facilities management
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with codes, regulations, and safety procedures
