The Surgical Hospital Collections Manager oversees all collection and appeal activity for our hospital revenue cycle management team. This role provides strategic direction, identifies operational issues, monitors performance, and drives problem resolution across all payer categories including workers' compensation, commercial insurance, and Medicaid. The Collections A/R Manager serves as the primary liaison with facility clients and stakeholders on key performance indicators, denial management, and accounts receivable aging and resolution.
