About the Opportunity:

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for passionate Flight Nurses who are eager to be part of a life-saving mission. With the potential to earn a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, you will provide advanced medical assistance in emergency situations, helping to transport and care for patients in critical conditions. This role allows you to work alongside elite professionals, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver rapid response medical care.
Deliver advanced care and perform assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air or ground transport.
Accurately document patient care, treatments, and billing information.
Ensure timely communication with management, internal teams, and external partners.
Participate in PR and marketing activities to support the company’s mission.
Stay current with knowledge and skills through required training, clinical rotations, and education sessions.
Maintain active RN license and certifications, following medical protocols under clinical supervisors.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Minimum 3 years of critical care or emergency experience (5 years preferred).
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least one of TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
Obtain CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
Preferred: previous flight or transport nursing experience.
Successful completion of education and orientation program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must meet clinical personnel weight restrictions (under 235 lbs).
Basic computer proficiency (charting, email, etc.).
Ability to pass physical exam (strength, flexibility) and drug screening.
