The Pricing & IRFQ Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness across all product lines. This position manages the end-to-end quotation process, including responding to requests for quotes (IRFQs), maintaining pricing documentation, and overseeing quarterly RMI adjustments. The role requires a data-driven approach, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and strategic analysis of market and cost factors to ensure pricing aligns with product value and overall business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proven track record in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or market research.Previous experience in the tire or related manufacturing industry is preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making
Job Duties :
Manage and process all requests for quotations (IRFQs) within a 24–36-hour turnaround time.Define, implement, and maintain pricing strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and company goals.Analyze costs, market conditions, and profitability to establish competitive pricing structures that maximize revenue and margins.Collaborate closely with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering teams to align pricing strategies with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.Continuously evaluate and improve quotation processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and market competitiveness.Maintain and track the IRFQ log, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting of associated metrics.Prepare and manage quarterly RMI (Raw Material Index) pricing adjustments.Perform other related duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
