Job descriptionSupportthe lender by providing operational support / assistance specific to managing theproduction, flow of pertinent and required due diligence related to assessingand presenting high quality and profitable credit opportunities to the bank inan efficient and timely manner. Evaluateand determine the credit risk of commercial credits of high dollar andcomplexity through detailed financial statement analysis, industry assessment,collateral valuation, cash flow analysis and the ability to repay annual debtservice. Partnerwith lender to prepare credit memo and risk assessment presentation for ourExecutive Loan Committee and Board of Director meetings. Assistbank management in preparing and monitoring various department reports to trackcredit trend and credit quality. Monitor existingloan portfolios for changes in risk profile or payment behavior Work closing withloan officers and underwriting teams to support credit decisions Participate inbank functions / activities, some of which may be after normal banking hours Other duties andresponsibilities as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Accounting orFinance and minimal 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with emphasisin banking or credit analysist preferred. Must have a general knowledge andexperience in the operations of the Bank and its functions.

AccountingAssistant Duties :
- Assist with dailyaccounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations and financialreporting
- Support month-endand year-end closing processes
- Maintain accuraterecords of financial transactions in accordance with banking regulations
- Assist withaccounts payable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare internalreports for audits and regulatory reviews
- Collaborate withinternal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
