Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist experienced in both healthcare and school settings to serve K-12 students. This position is based in Beech Grove, IN, providing therapy services across several school facilities including early childhood through high school levels.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver physical therapy assessment and interventions to K-12 students as part of their individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to implement appropriate therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Document therapy services and maintain pliance with school and state guidelines.
• Support transitions in special programs during ongoing district transitions.
