JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled Integration & API Developer to build, manage, and support complex data integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio. This role involves designing RESTful APIs, transforming XML / JSON data, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality integration solutions that enable seamless workflows. Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy integrations with Dayforce Integration Studio to synchronize data across systems.
• Map, transform, and validate data using XML / JSON formats to meet business requirements.
• Build, test, and maintain REST APIs and webhooks; troubleshoot and debug integration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data schemas, endpoints, transformation rules, and integration flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other engineering teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of integration projects. Qualifications
• Proven experience in complex integrations, including exposure to Dayforce Integration Studio or equivalent tools / platforms.
• Strong skills with XML / JSON data structures, REST API design, and data transformation processes.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask preferred) and JavaScript (Node.js, Express).
• Experience with API testing / documentation tools such as Postman.
