• Shift Schedule : Remote 5X8, M-F. Client has set shifts / schedules for contractor to choose from. All morning starts.
• Conversion : Yes, Temp to Hire
• Equipment Provided : No, candidate will be responsible for their own equipment.

Requirements

HS Diploma / GED Certification as a CPC or CCS-P required. Proficient in assigning and abstracting ICD-10-CM and CPT codes from provider documentation. 2+ years’ experience with coding OB / GYN professional services required. 2+ years’ experience with coding OB / GYN surgical procedures in a Hospital setting for professional services preferred. Certified Obstetrics Gynecology Coder (COBGC) preferred. Three (3) years’ experience in production coding in a surgical setting or in a physician's practice environment required. Outpatient professional fee revenue cycle management experience preferred. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CODING FOR AN ACUTE HOSPITAL SETTING IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT TO WORK OFF OF.
